Well here it is!

I spent such aloooooong time on this one

The name comes from the planet thats heading toward this dark neb' and its moons are flying through and destroying it before it reaches the people of the planet(I guess thats how it would go...kinda a "mother earth protects us" kinda thing, but on this planet and its moons)

Most of it is hand painted in PS(without textures...and then some textures were used waaaay under the pic at the base)

This was sposed to be a dark matter neb' but it got a lil brighter...so I guess it became a bright dark matter neb I guess...lol

95% done in PS 7 and the planet is done in Max(with the help of PS 7 some more)

SAdly you cant reeeaaally see the detail I put in this...cuz there is about 6 or so galaxies hangin around but I guesss the closest I'll get to showin ya some of the detail is with the Wallpaper(which can only show you the core and 2 moons) [link]

Oh yeah...the city lights are really sweet if ya look hard enough you can ever see the clouds above some areas that reflect the lights :D

I'm must admit, I'm very tempted to say, "OMFG AWESOME!!11" and leave it at that, but somehow I feel that this piece is worth more than that. I found it while browsing though your gallery randomly as I do from time to time among the artists on this website, and I am inclined to tell you how very much I think it rocks. No seriously. It rocks hard. Probably my favourite piece from you.

The detailing on the nebula is excellent, the colours (although I'm not usually so attracted to purple) are awe-inspiring, and the composition is excellent. Definetely worth favourite number 333.

I was thinking of writing something extended like I did on your piece Impassioned One or like *j4m3sb0nd did, but there's really nothing more to say than: I :heart: it. :+favlove:
